Efraim Adler is an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg where he assists in handling matters related to Business Litigation and Corporate Transactions.
Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, Efraim worked as an Associate Attorney where he handled general business and commercial matters and provided an expansive range of transactional services. He also gained experience in intellectual property litigation.
Efraim received his Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, as a double major in Political Science and History from the University of Pittsburgh. He went onto receive his Juris Doctor degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. While in law school Efraim was a member of the Bet Tzedek Legal Services Clinic as well as the Holocaust Restitution Claims Practicum and worked as a legal intern for the U.S. Equal Opportunity Commission’s Mediation Unit. He also served as the President of the Labor and Employment Law Society and as a Senator of the Student Bar Association.
