Elizabeth Casañas

Elizabeth Casañas holds an Of Counsel role at Kelley Kronenberg, handling matters related to third-party and general liability.  

With a career spanning over 20 years in the legal field, Elizabeth has amassed a wealth of experience and expertise. She has held various roles including legal assistant, paralegal, law clerk, and currently serves as an Attorney. She has developed a strong background in managing construction defect cases, skillfully representing clients in mediation and pre-suit settlement conferences, and actively participating in inspections. She also has an extensive background in the areas of personal injury litigation, medical malpractice litigation, real estate, appellate, and criminal defense showcasing her versatility across various legal domains, including reviewing claims files and preparing subpoenas in federal, criminal, and civil cases.  

Elizabeth obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Nova Southeastern University. She then received her Juris Doctor degree from St. Thomas University School of Law.  

Elizabeth is fluent in Spanish.
