Erin Salay

Erin Salay is an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg, where she assists in handling matters related to personal injury protection insurance defense.  

Before joining Kelley Kronenberg, Erin spent six years representing Insurance Companies in defense of their personal injury protection claims. As an associate for multiple large Florida law firms, she honed her litigation and negotiating skills, taking her cases from inception to successful resolution, handling all aspects of discovery and motion practice. Prior thereto, in addition to PIP claims, Erin’s practice included wrongful death, auto negligence, and personal injury claim defense. While in law school, Erin gained legal experience as an Intern for the State Attorney’s Office for the Ninth Judicial Circuit of Florida.
