Genesis Perez Medina is an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg, where she assists in handling matters related to general liability & third-party insurance defense.
Before joining the firm, Genesis worked as a law clerk for a business litigation firm, where she provided legal support including facilitating proceedings, contributing to pretrial conferences, engaging in motion sessions, and assisting in trials.
Genesis graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Science in Communication and a minor in Psychology. She continued her academic journey at the University of Miami, where she attained a Master of Arts in Journalism with honors, receiving recognition for her outstanding academic achievements. Genesis then obtained a Juris Doctor degree from St. Thomas University, Benjamin L. Crump College of Law. While there, she was the Executive Notes and Comments Editor for the St. Thomas Law Review. She was also a member of the Intellectual Property and Cyber Law and Entertainment and Sports Law Society.
Genesis is fluent in Spanish.
