George Lagos is a Partner in the firm’s West Palm Beach office, focusing his practice on General Liability, First Party Property Insurance Defense, and Commercial Litigation. He also has substantial experience in residential and commercial real estate litigation, having assisted banks and other financial service providers with regulatory, enforcement, transactional and litigation matters.
He began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney at the Palm Beach State Attorney’s Office where he prosecuted felony and misdemeanor cases from initial filing to jury verdicts. His career in civil practice began in the area of condominium and homeowner association law, serving associations throughout South Florida in collections, foreclosures, estoppel, covenant enforcement, and transactional matters.
