George Walker is a Partner in Kelley Kronenberg’s Complex Business Litigation Division. He brings substantial experience in all litigation stages, from pre-suit investigations and complex e-discovery to dispositive motion practice, trials, and appeals, with strength in complex liability theories and depositions of expert and apex witnesses.
George has an impressive track record of achieving significant results across various practice areas. He has successfully obtained summary judgments in title claims and commercial litigation involving complex medical devices. His experience includes winning substantial awards in arbitration involving complex contracts, fraudulent transfer, and successor-liability claims. George has also secured judgments on civil theft claims awarding treble damages and multiplied attorney’s fees. His diverse litigation background encompasses defending Lanham Act trademark claims, catastrophic premises-liability claims, and trade secret matters. He has represented Fortune 500 companies in complex suits with global suppliers while addressing federal inquiries and has served as national trial counsel for automotive products liability suits. Notably, George has prevailed in obtaining injunctions leading to multi-million-dollar awards in RICO suits and secured judgments piercing the corporate veil of publicly-traded defendants.
George earned his Bachelor of Arts in International Studies with a minor in History from The American University. He later obtained his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, where he graduated as valedictorian. During law school, George served as Sources Editor for the Law Review, received the Full Merit Goodwin Fellowship, and earned Highest Pro Bono Honors. He also published scholarly articles in the Nova Law Review and Journal of Technology Law and Policy.
George recently completed a volunteering sabbatical in Ukraine, where he provided pro bono advice to International Legion members on applicable U.S. law and delivered direct humanitarian and logistical aid to volunteer organizations and wounded service members.
