Overview

Isaiah James is an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg, focusing his practice on first-party property insurance defense. 

Before joining Kelley Kronenberg, Isaiah gained experience in the area of first-party property law, involving homeowners’ policies and glass litigation. Before practicing first-party property, Isaiah worked for the Jacksonville Area Legal Aid, representing clients in family law matters, including divorce, paternity actions, injunctions for protection, and time-sharing modifications. He also represented the State of Florida as counsel in the civil prosecution of cases seeking the adjudication of abused, abandoned, or neglected children and the termination of parental rights.  

Isaiah earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Pre-Law from the University of North Florida and went on to earn his Juris Doctor degree from Western Michigan University Law School, where he received a Book Award for Civil Procedure and Dean’s List honors.  

Isaiah is also an active member Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc, where he has served as his chapter’s chair for the March for Dimes and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Florida.
