Janice Kerr

Janice Kerr is an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg, focusing her practice on general liability and third-party insurance defense.  

Prior to joining the firm, Janice worked as Senior Corporate Counsel, where she evaluated crypto compliance rules, advised on SEC regulations involving trading, and prepared angel investor systems in compliance with usury laws and FCRA.  

Janice completed her undergraduate studies at the University of the West Indies in Kingston, Jamaica, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science. From there, she obtained her Master of Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University, and then her Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law.
