Jason Hepperly is an Attorney in the Miami office, where he assists in handling matters related to Property and Casualty claims, including First Party Insurance Defense, Employment Law, Construction Defect Litigation and complex General Liability matters involving wrongful death and catastrophic injuries.
Prior to joining the firm, Jason was an Attorney with a Miami law firm, where his practice focused on Insurance law, including claim review and analysis.
Jason earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology from the University of Tampa. He went on to obtain his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law, where he was active in the student chapter of the Dade County Bar Association, Phi Alpha Delta, and the Environmental Law Society. Jason is currently working on his LLM in Environmental Law at Vermont Law School.
He is a member of the Dade County Bar Association, Miami Waterkeeper, Florida Bar Environmental & Land Use Law Section, and the American Bar Association’s Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources.
