Javier Gil is an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg, handling matters related to all aspects of first-party insurance defense.
Before joining Kelley Kronenberg, Javier gained experience as an attorney, representing multiple large insurance companies in first-party property insurance lawsuits arising from coverage disputes and civil remedy notices due to bad faith claims, along with representing Insureds in homeowner’s property insurance litigation. He also has experience representing architects, engineers, and other design professionals in lawsuits arising from the defective design or construction allegations, delays, or wrongful death.
Javier earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Florida and obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law.
Javier is fluent in Spanish.
