Jessica A. Giesen

Jessica Giesen is an Attorney in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office where she assists in handling matters related to Third Party Insurance Defense and General Liability.

Prior to joining the firm, Jessica served as an Assistant Public Defender in Miami-Dade County where she gained experience representing indigent juvenile and adult clients with misdemeanor and felony charges from arrest through trial.  Before that, she worked as a Judicial Law Clerk for The Honorable Harold W. Fullilove, Jr. in Superior Court in New Jersey.

Jessica received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, cum laude, from Academy of Art University, where she was an NCAA Division II women’s soccer player and went on to earn her Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School. While in law school, she was a student attorney in the Civil Rights Clinic, a Research Fellow for the Racial Justice Project, the Co-President of the Legal Association for Women, and a Legal Extern for the California Department of Justice, Office of the Attorney General.
