John E. Eckard II is a Partner at Kelley Kronenberg focusing his practice on First Party Property Insurance Defense Litigation. He is also a certified Circuit Court Mediator in Florida.
Prior to joining the firm, John served as an in-house Trial Attorney with one of the nation’s largest insurance carriers representing insurance providers in all phases of First-Party property litigation, including investigation of fraudulent claims.
Additionally, John maintained his own law practice where he focused on aviation law, insurance defense, and other civil litigation matters.
John earned his Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics from Dowling College, with a minor in Military Science from Hofstra University, and went on to earn his Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center. He is a Commissioned Officer in the US Army Reserves. He holds a Commercial Pilots license and is a Certified Flight Instructor for single-engine airplanes.
