Kathryn Winkler is a Partner at Kelley Kronenberg where she handles matters related to First Party Property Insurance Defense Litigation.
Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, Kathryn worked as an Associate Attorney in both Illinois and Florida where she gained experience in Insurance Defense Litigation to include first and third-party actions.
Kathryn received her Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology and a minor in Classical Studies, cum laude, from the University of Florida and then went on to receive her Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from St. Thomas University School of Law, where she was on the Dean’s list and a Merit Scholarship Recipient. While attending law school, Kathryn was the Articles Editor of the St. Thomas Law Review. In addition, she completed an internship with U.S. Magistrate Judge Robin S. Rosenbaum in the Southern District of Florida, as well as served as a Certified Legal Intern in the Appellate Division of the Public Defender’s Office in Miami-Dade County.
