Kimberly Innocent is an Attorney in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office where she assists in handling matters related to First Party Property Insurance Defense Litigation, including coverage and bad faith litigation. She also assists in handling the defense of a wide array of Third Party Insurance Defense claims.
Prior to joining the firm, Kimberly worked as an Attorney for two South Florida law firms where she handled and managed caseloads of fifty or more. There she gained experience conducting and defending depositions, preparing motions and memorandums of law, attending pretrial hearings and conducting legal research and settlement analyses. She also has experience working as a Special Counsel Document Review Attorney where she conducted privilege reviews and redactions in anticipation of discovery.
Kimberly earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from Nova Southeastern University. She then went on to pursue her Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law. There she was a member of the FIU Law Trial team.
Kimberly is also a Certified Water Damage Restoration Technician, accredited by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC).
