Lanette North is the Director of Accounts Receivable at Kelley Kronenberg, where she leverages her extensive financial leadership experience to optimize cash operations and enhance the firm’s financial performance. She excels in developing strategic processes that balance risk management with client relationships to drive cash flow and reduce bad debt while maintaining exceptional client service standards.

Lanette has built her career in financial leadership across various industries, including elevator service, healthcare, manufacturing, and marketing. Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, she served as Vice President of Cash Operations for a collection of elevator service companies and Financial Shared Service Director at a leading healthcare services provider. She also held progressively responsible positions with a global elevator manufacturing and service corporation, culminating as Associate Director of Accounts Receivable. Her expertise encompasses treasury operations, cash management, accounts receivable, credit risk management, and financial process automation. Lanette has consistently demonstrated success in implementing innovative financial solutions, including lockbox auto-cash processes, electronic payment portals, and robotic process automation.

Her leadership has resulted in significant improvements in key performance metrics, including reducing days sales outstanding, decreasing bad debt percentages, and streamlining cash application processes. Lanette is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt professional and utilizes Lean methodologies to improve financial processes and has extensive experience with system implementations, SOX compliance, PCI standards, and comprehensive financial reporting.

Lanette earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Colorado at Denver, graduating magna cum laude.
