Overview

Lauren Demchak is an attorney at Kelley Kronenberg, focusing her practice on first-party property insurance defense. 

Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, Lauren has worked as a law clerk for a major automotive company where she assisted with updating internal policies and procedures, revised employment-related agreements, and conducted legal research on employment law and data privacy matters. She has also worked as a pre-suit law clerk, communicating with clients, drafting demands after reviewing medical records and insurance policies, and engaging in negotiation strategies. Additionally, she gained experience in family law drafting legal documents and assisting with trial preparation. 

Lauren graduated from Elon University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance, where she was a member of Omicron Delta Epsilon and Beta Alpha Psi. She earned her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, where she served as Junior Associate on the Journal of International Law & Comparative Studies, was a member of the Craig S. Barnard Inns of Court, Transactional Law Practice Group, and Phi Alpha Delta, and received CALI Book Awards in Law, Finance, and Markets Seminar and American Legal History Seminar. 

Lauren is actively involved in professional and community organizations as a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals and American Mensa. She has volunteered with the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County.
