Louisa Ramsammy is a Practice Partner at Kelley Kronenberg where she assists in handling matters related to first-party property insurance defense.
Before joining the firm, Louisa worked as an Associate Attorney at a Boca Raton firm where she represented insurance companies in first-party coverage and bad faith claims.
Louisa earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Barry University, Andreas School of Business, where she made the Dean’s List each semester. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor degree at St. Thomas University School of Law, receiving numerous recognitions for her work in the classroom and for community service. During law school, Louisa was an Executive Board Member of the Tax Law Society and worked in the Tax Law Clinic where she assisted low-income individuals with their tax filings and other IRS-related matters. She was also a member of the St. Thomas Journal of Complex Litigation Law and a law clerk to Professor Gordon Butler whom she assisted with some of his now published work.
