Luis Inclan is an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg, focusing his practice on first-party property insurance defense.
Luis has experience in administrative law and litigation. He previously served as a litigation associate in employment law, handling discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour claims. His background includes work as a fraud investigator for the Indiana Department of Workforce Development and as a hearing officer for unemployment insurance appeals.
Luis earned his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Long Island University, graduating summa cum laude from the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. He later obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, where he participated in the Foreign Direct Investment Moot Court Competition in Stockholm, Sweden, and the Inter-American Human Rights Moot Court Competition in Washington, DC.
Luis has contributed to his community through volunteer work with Legal Services of Greater Miami and Catholic Legal Services of Miami, where he handled wage theft and immigration cases, including representation of unaccompanied minors.
