Maria Gabriela Hasbun

Maria Gabriela Hasbun is an attorney at Kelley Kronenberg, focusing her practice on the defense of PIP and no-fault insurance matters.

Most recently, Maria worked as a law clerk at Kelley Kronenberg, where she gained valuable experience before transitioning to her role as an attorney. Previously, she worked as a law clerk for a Miami law firm where she drafted and interpreted business and commercial agreements, including lease agreements, licensing agreements, and liability disclaimers. Her experience includes drafting office action responses to the United States Patent and Trademark Office and conducting business law research. She has also worked as an intern in business and legal affairs for NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises, as a junior legal analyst for Document Crunch, and as a legal extern for Southeast Toyota Finance. These positions provided her with extensive experience in contract drafting and negotiation, automotive finance law, and commercial litigation.

Maria graduated magna cum laude from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and Political Science, where she was recognized with numerous honors including Phi Alpha Delta Society of Scholars, the Diplomacy Scholarship, and the National Model United Nations Distinguished Delegation Award. She earned her Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law, where she founded and presided over the Technology Law Society, served as Symposium Chair for the Sports, Entertainment, Fashion, & Art Law Society, and participated in the Peer Mentor Program and Negotiation and Mediation Team.

Maria is actively involved in her community, having served as a teacher in the Legal Diversity Pipeline Program at Street Law, Inc., educating high school students on immigration law. She also served as assistant campaign manager for a successful mayoral campaign.

Maria is fluent in Spanish.
