Max Burke is an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg, focusing his practice on first-party property insurance defense.
Before joining Kelley Kronenberg as an Attorney, he served as a Law Clerk with the firm, where he gained valuable experience assisting with the defense of first-party property insurance claims. His legal experience also includes working as a Law Clerk at a Jupiter law firm, where he focused on labor and employment matters. In these roles, he conducted legal research, drafted case-related documents, and assisted with various aspects of litigation, including mediations and settlement conferences.
Prior to his legal career, he worked as a Data Analyst for a securities firm in Palm Beach Gardens, where he managed critical company data and streamlined processes using advanced Microsoft Excel functions. He demonstrated leadership in training new employees while maintaining strict confidentiality and data integrity standards.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida State University. He then pursued his Juris Doctor at Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law, where he maintained strong academic performance and earned numerous recognitions. His achievements include consistent placement on the Dean’s List, receiving the Award in Outstanding Labor and Employment Law Student, and earning a scholarship from The Florida Bar Labor and Employment Law Section. During law school, he demonstrated leadership as the President of the Association of Business Law Students and Founder/President of the Blockchain and Cryptocurrency Organization. He was also an active member of the NSU Trial Association and served as Vice President of the Jewish Law Student Association.
