Michael T. Polk

Michael Polk is an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg, focusing his practice on all aspects of liability and casualty defense, with a focus on third-party insurance defense.  

Prior to joining the firm, Michael served as an Assistant State Attorney for the 12th Judicial Circuit, before transitioning to general liability defense in 2016. Since then, he has extensive experience in general liability matters, including medical malpractice, automobile liability, construction defects, premises liability, negligent security, employment, and workers’ compensation law.  

Michael obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Finance from The University of Texas at Austin. Michael went on to earn his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Houston Law Center, where he held the position of Treasurer for the Corporate & Tax Law Society.
