Michelle Rodriguez is an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg, where she assists in handling matters related to First Party Property Insurance Defense.
Before her admission to the Florida Bar, Michelle worked as a Law Clerk within Kelley Kronenberg’s First Party Property Defense Division. Prior thereto, she worked as a Law Clerk for a boutique law firm specializing in Probate and Estate Administration and general civil litigation. She also served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Alicia O. Valle in the United State District Court for the Southern District of Florida, where she focused on Labor Law matters.
Michelle earned her Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, in Criminal Justice from Florida International University. She also obtained a Certificate in Pre-Law Skills and Professional Values. She was honored for her academic achievements by inclusion on the Dean’s List from Fall 2015 to Spring 2019 and membership in the Phi Beta Kappa honor society. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Florida International University College of Law, five times earning placement on the Dean’s List. While maintaining academic excellence, Michelle provided 275 hours of pro bono work, earning her the Excellence in Civic Engagement Medallion of Distinction.
