Monica D. Offredi is an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg, where she handles matters related to all aspects of Marital and Family Law.

Before joining the firm, Monica managed and operated her own family law firm representing clients in Dissolution of Marriage, Paternity Actions, Adoptions, Modifications and Enforcement, Domestic Violence, and Dependency matters. Monica also serves as a Guardian Ad Litem appointed by the Court in contested matters to advocate for the child’s best interest.

Monica began her legal career as an Assistant Regional Counsel for the Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel in Broward County, Florida, Dependency Division, where she gained extensive litigation experience.

Monica received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Florida International University and her Juris Doctor degree from Florida Coastal School of Law, where she received the Pro Bono Honors Award.   

While in law school, Monica was a Legal Intern for the Office of the Public Defender, Fourth Judicial Circuit of Florida, and the Office of the State Attorney, Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida.  She also served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Jose M. Rodrigues of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida, Complex Business Litigation Division. In this role, Monica performed case summaries for review by the Court before hearings, conducted legal research, and drafted legal memoranda.
