Monique Waterman

Monique Waterman is an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg where she assists in handling matters related to first-party insurance defense litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Monique worked as an Associate Attorney for an industry-leading provider of complex claims management services where she represented hospitals nationwide on insurance claim denials as well negotiated settlements with insurance carriers on behalf of the facilities.

Monique received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Florida Atlantic University and then went on to receive her Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law.

Monique is also fluent in Spanish.
