Overview

Morgana Alderman is an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg, where she assists in handling matters related to first-party property insurance defense 

Before joining Kelley Kronenberg as an associate, Morgana participated in the firm’s First Party Property Law “Klinic,” a four-week program for newly licensed attorneys to receive comprehensive training in first-party property litigation; upon successful completion of which, they receive placement with a specific team to handle cases alongside an experienced Partner independently.   

Morgana earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Florida, where she majored in Political Science.  Morgana then went on to earn her Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law with a certificate of concentration in Elder Law. 

While attending law school, Morgana was a Teaching Assistant in Trusts and Estates as well as the secretary of the Elder Law Society. She was also a representative for the Student Bar Association’s Communication Committee. Morgana began gaining legal experience by working as a law clerk for multiple firms, gaining essential experience in many areas, including foreclosure and debt defense, insurance, and real estate law.
