Pace Mawhinney is a Partner at Kelley Kronenberg where he handles matters related to First Party Property Insurance Defense Litigation.
Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, Pace worked as an Associate Attorney at a national firm where he gained experience in Insurance Defense Litigation to include first and third-party property, construction defect, and liability matters. Previously, Pace was the co-founder, Chief Operating Officer, and general counsel for a medical testing laboratory in central Florida.
Pace received his Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology and English Literature from Florida State University while he worked as a Senior Criminal Analyst at the State Attorney’s Office. He then went on to receive his Juris Doctor degree from Florida State University College of Law. While attending law school, Pace clerked for the Department of Business and Professional Regulation and represented the Department at the Division of Administrative Hearings.
