Prior to working as an Attorney, Pia worked as a Law Clerk with Kelley Kronenberg where she gained experience in Workers’ Compensation defense and Subrogation by conducting legal research and drafting discovery requests and responses.
Pia received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Religion with a Minor in Educational Studies from University of Florida where she was a member of Impact Autism UF and a volunteer for the Children’s Home Society of Gainesville. Pia then went on to receive her Juris Doctor degree from St. Thomas University School of Law and was a Merit Scholarship recipient.
While attending law school, Pia served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Mindy S. Glazer and the Honorable Yvonne Colodny of the 11th Judicial Circuit of Florida. She also was an Academic Fellow which provided her the opportunity to mentor first-year law students. Pia received the Book Award in both Elder Law and Sales and was a member of the Tort Law Society and Elder Law Society.
Pia is fluent in Spanish.
