Rachel Gibert is an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg where she handles matters related to all aspects of First Party Insurance Defense Litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Rachel served as an Assistant Public Defender for the Broward County Public Defender’s Office as a Lead Attorney in the felony division, representing clients through all stages of the pre-trial, trial, and post-trial phases.
Rachel received her Bachelor of Arts degree as a double major in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Florida Atlantic University. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from St. Thomas University School of Law where she received St. Thomas Journal of Complex Litigation’s Bluebook Award and Public Service Award for her commitment to public service. While in law school, Rachel was also a member of the International Moot Court Board, Secretary for the National Black Law Student Association, and legal intern for Catholic Charities Immigration Services.
Rachel is fluent in Spanish.
