Chief Accounting Officer
Randy Moreau is Chief Accounting Officer for Kelley Kronenberg. He is responsible for managing all aspects of the firm’s finance functions including accounting, billing and collections, Partner compensation accounting and reporting, tax, accounts payable and payroll. In addition, Randy works with firm leadership on the firm’s overall financial planning and analysis and strives to enhance and integrate the firm’s Human Resources, IT and financial systems.
Randy has over eighteen years of experience in a senior finance role in both private and public companies. His background includes both national and international business experience in finance, accounting, and general business matters.
Before joining Kelley Kronenberg, Randy worked for one of the nation’s leading consultancy boutiques providing financial leadership assistance to large businesses on the development and measurement of business operations, financial forecasting and the implementation of internal controls and best practices. Prior to that, he served as the Chief Financial Officer for another significant Florida law firm.
Randy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from the University of North Dakota. He holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) in International Business and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Miami. Additionally, Randy is a Licensed Certified Public Accountant.
