Raquel Zeitlin is a Partner in the Wealth Family Protection Division at Kelley Kronenberg. She focuses on developing comprehensive estate plans tailored to individuals in all stages of life to ensure a smooth transfer of wealth to future generations. She helps her clients navigate the complexities of estate planning while minimizing gift, estate, and generation-skipping tax consequences. Raquel’s ability to connect on a personal level allows her to craft legal strategies that align with her clients’ values and promote a peace of mind.
Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, she worked at a prominent law firm, where she gained extensive experience in preparing complex estate planning vehicles including spousal lifetime access trusts (SLATs), irrevocable life insurance trusts (ILITs), qualified personal residence trusts (QPRTs), grantor retained annuity trusts (GRATs) and domestic asset protection trusts (DAPTs). Her background also includes experience in asset protection, business succession planning, residency planning, and estate and trust administration.
Raquel earned a dual bachelor’s degree in economics and psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, followed by a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from the University of Miami School of Law.
