Ronald Roth is a Partner at Kelley Kronenberg focusing his practice on First and Third Party Insurance Defense Litigation.
Ronald has been practicing law in South Florida since becoming a member of the Florida Bar in 1993. Prior to joining the firm, Ronald spent most of his career litigating state and federal court insurance defense lawsuits from inception through trial in the areas of insurance coverage, motor vehicle liability, premises liability, products liability, personal injury and wrongful death. In addition, he served as In-House Counsel for one of the nation’s largest group of title companies and title insurance underwriters. Ronald has extensive experience litigating title insurance disputes, foreclosure actions, equitable subrogation and other related real estate title litigation matters.
Ronald is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida, the U.S. District Court Southern and Middle Districts of Florida and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court Southern District of Florida.
Ronald received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Florida. He then went on to earn his Juris Doctor degree, from the University of Florida College of Law.
