Sam Shahidi is an Attorney in the firm’s West Palm Beach office where he handles matters related to First and Third Property Insurance Defense Litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Sam served as a Research Assistant at Florida International University College of Law. He has experience working on cases related to Homeowners’ Insurance Claims, and Personal Injury and Property disputes. In addition, he has filed cases with the Florida Commission of Human in matters concerning licensure of clients protected under the ADA.
Sam attended Florida Atlantic University for his undergraduate studies and then went on to earn his Juris Doctor degree from Florida International University College of Law. As a member of FIU’s moot court team, Sam competed and ranked in the semi-finals of the E. Earle Zehmer National Moot Court Competition. Additionally, Sam was the senior editor of FIU’s African Journal of Legal Studies and served as Vice President of the Disability Rights Law Association.
Sam is also fluent in Farsi.
