Samantha Gozlan is an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg where she assists in handling matters related to First Party Property Insurance Defense.
Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, Samantha worked as an Associate Tax Attorney where she represented clients in administrative hearings as well as during Internal Revenue Service and Florida Department of Revenue audits.
Samantha received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, cum laude, from Tufts University, in Partnership with the School of the Museum of Fine Arts and went on to receive her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. She then obtained her LL.M in Taxation from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law, where she was selected to receive the Dean’s Leadership Award. During her LL.M., Samantha was the recipient of the Federal Bar Association’s Donald C. Alexander Tax Law Writing Award for her paper on the intersection of fine arts and the tax implications of partial interest donative transfers.
While in law school, Samantha was a Law Clerk for Legal Aid Services where she assisted taxpayers with various federal income tax controversies. Samantha received the Broward County Association of Women Lawyer’s Rising Star Scholarship, Book Award in Art Law and was named a Rebecca Knox Public Interest Law Fellow
