Scott Griffith is an Attorney in the firm’s Tampa office focusing his practice on Mortgage Foreclosure Litigation and assisting banks and other financial service providers with regulatory, enforcement, transactional and litigation matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Scott worked as a Litigation Trial Attorney for a Creditor’s Rights firm. Scott has experience handling highly contested foreclosure trials in almost every county in Florida. He has represented major lending institutions against claims involving the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), the Truth In Lending Act (TILA), and the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA).
Scott earned his Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Mass Media Studies and Psychology from Florida State University. He then went on to earn his Master of Business Administration degree and his Juris Doctor degree simultaneously from Stetson University through a dual degree program.
