Practice Group Partner
Tyler Walker is a Practice Group Partner at Kelley Kronenberg where he assists in handling matters related to Construction Defect Litigation and General Business Litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Tyler worked as an Attorney litigating matters involved with the defense of subcontractors and their liability insurers in construction litigation. Tyler is skilled in evaluating subcontracts between owners, general contractors, and subcontractors. He also has experience in the defense of insurance companies regarding workers’ compensation claims.
Tyler received his Bachelor of Science degree in Music Performance from Utah Valley University. He then went on to earn his Juris Doctor degree from the Ave Maria School of Law. While in law school, Tyler was treasurer of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society and a member of the Federalist Society. He was also a Judicial Intern for The Honorable Judge Dee Benson, United States District Court of Utah. In this role, he drafted bench memos concerning motions to consolidate, motions for summary judgment, motions to strike evidence, contract disputes, and cases involving the 5th, 8th and 14th Amendments.
Tyler is fluent in Russian.
