Tyler Lipsky is an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg where he assists in handling matters related to First Party Property Insurance Defense.
Prior to working as an Attorney, Tyler worked as a Law Clerk with Kelley Kronenberg, where he gained experience in First Party Property Insurance Defense by conducting legal research, drafting case reports, pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.
Tyler received his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science with Minors in Business and Sociology from Florida State University. Tyler went on to receive his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law.
While attending law school, Tyler served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Cory J. Ciklin, Florida Fourth District Court of Appeal. Tyler was a member of the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society and the Entertainment & Sports Law Society. He received the William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Award for performing outstanding pro bono service. Tyler also served as an Articles and Symposia Editor for the Stetson Law Review.
