Orlando, Fla. – Kelley Kronenberg, a national full-service law firm, announced that attorney Walter G. Benjamin has joined the firm’s Orlando office. Mr. Benjamin focuses his practice on matters involving Workers’ Compensation.
Mr. Benjamin has spent more than two decades primarily litigating Workers’ Compensation claims. His background includes 18 years representing employers and carriers as well as six years representing injured workers. Additionally, he has handled appeals before the First and Fifth District Courts of Appeals, and served as an Assistant Public Defender where he tried numerous jury trials.
As an industry leader, Mr. Benjamin has served as a guest speaker on Workers’ Compensation topics at Seminole State College and has presented adjuster CEU classes. Additionally, he has served as guest editor of the News & 440 Report for the Workers’ Compensation section of The Florida Bar.
Mr. Benjamin received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Emory University and his law degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. He is licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
