Kelley Kronenberg’s Chief Human Resources Officer, Barbara Repandis, will be a panelist at South Florida Business Journal’s 2020 Best Places to Work Awards virtual roundtable on Monday, October 12. The topic of the roundtable is “Secrets to an Engaged Workforce”. The meeting will feature top executives from companies honored as the Business Journal’s “Best Places to Work” who will share the techniques used to create winning environments – the type of spaces that foster loyal and productive employees that help boost companies’ bottom lines.
Barbara Repandis has over 20 years of experience overseeing Human Resources and Administration, supporting organizational leadership and growth objectives. Her efforts to build and strengthen organizational culture have successfully enabled organizations which she led HR to repeatedly be recognized as Employers of Choice. Barbara focuses on creating unique cultures of positive engagement, overseeing talent management and development, workforce planning, HR service delivery, and HR policies and initiatives.
