Mentorship in the Workplace

I think one of the best qualities of the best leaders are knowing when to be a follower, to let other people lead in certain situations. Being a leader, a mentor, I just enjoy the thrill of leading and being that kind of role model that people look up to. I’m there to mentor them, but also run the unit in a way that I learned and grow from the team as well.

We’re there to try and not just bill hours or work long hours, we’re there to create friendships and bond and really mentor the associates into becoming the best lawyers that they can.
