Miami, Fla. — Kelley Kronenberg, a full-service law firm, has announced that attorney Daniel A. Marquez has joined the firm’s Miami office. Mr. Marquez focuses his practice on the defense of General Liability, Property and Casualty claims, including First Party and Third Party Insurance Defense Litigation, Construction Defect Litigation and other Construction-related disputes, Commercial Litigation and Community Association Law.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Marquez was an Associate Attorney at another South Florida law firm, where he focused on Complex Commercial and Construction Litigation, Community Association Law and Real Estate Law. He works with insurance carriers, condominium and homeowners’ associations, developers, contractors, landlords and tenants on a variety of legal matters, including construction defect litigation, liens, insurance coverage disputes, contract drafting, commercial leasing, landlord/tenant negotiations, and contract disputes.
Mr. Marquez earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Barry University. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor degree from St. Thomas University School of Law. While at St. Thomas, Mr. Marquez served as a research assistant and article editor of the St. Thomas Law Review, as well as a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Judge of Compensation Claims Gerardo Castiello. He is admitted to practice law in Florida and is fluent in Spanish.
