Barbara Repandis serves as the Chief Human Resource Officer for Kelley Kronenberg. With over 20 years of experience, Barbara focuses on creating unique cultures of positive engagement, overseeing talent recruitment, management and development, workforce planning, Diversity & Inclusion, HR service delivery, and HR policies and strategic initiatives. An experienced HR executive with diverse industry experience, Barbara has a deep understanding of organizational culture and a strong belief that the most innovative cultures are those capable of continuous improvement, which allows them to remain relevant and vibrant.
