Erica Showell Named LCLD Atlas Award Winner

Kelley Kronenberg is pleased to announce that Practice Group Partner Erica Showell is a recipient of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity’s (LCLD) inaugural Atlas Award.   

New this year, the Atlas Award was designed to recognize Pathfinders who showed the highest levels of engagement throughout the program. Erica Showell committed to eight or more programs, ranging from in-person meetings to virtual sessions and online learning modules.  

The LCLD’s programs are designed to attract, inspire, and nurture talent in society and legal organizations, helping a new and more diverse generation of attorneys ascend to leadership positions. Through these programs, LCLD participants work to promote inclusiveness within their firms, circles of influence, and communities to build a more equitable and diverse legal profession.   

Erica Showell is a Practice Group Partner at Kelley Kronenberg, where she assists in handling matters related to first-party insurance defense. Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, Erica served as an Associate Attorney at an Insurance Defense firm, where she developed skills in first-party property and personal injury protection. She brings valuable expertise in the negotiation of settlements to her current role.
