Kelley Kronenberg Adds Six Attorneys

Miami, Orlando, Tampa, West Palm Beach, FL, and New Orleans, LA – Kelley Kronenberg announces the addition of six attorneys. Lizbell Lucero joins the firm as a Partner. Frederick Burton, Imani Culpepper, Alberto Ortiz, Zachary Sawko, and Courtney Smith join the firm as associates.

Miami

Lizbell Lucero is a Partner at Kelley Kronenberg, focusing her practice on First Party Property Insurance Defense.

Before joining Kelley Kronenberg, Lizbell served as Staff Counsel for one of the largest home insurers in Florida, where she handled matters related to first-party insurance defense. She brings with her vast litigation experience, having previously worked for Kelley Kronenberg as an Associate Attorney, practicing first-party insurance defense, including property and casualty claims as well as complex commercial disputes.

Alberto Ortiz is an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg, where he assists in handling matters related to First Party Property Insurance Defense.

Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, Alberto worked at a large firm in South Florida, where he practiced primarily in the area of insurance defense litigation. Before focusing on insurance defense work, Alberto managed and operated a solo private practice, where he concentrated exclusively on immigration and nationality law, representing individuals and businesses.

New Orleans

Frederick Burton is an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg, where he assists in handling matters related to First Party Property Insurance Defense.

Before joining Kelley Kronenberg, Frederick worked at a firm in New Orleans, where he practiced primarily in the area of insurance defense litigation representing companies in complex insurance cases and subrogation matters.

Orlando

Imani Culpepper is an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg, where she assists in handling matters related to First Party Property Insurance Defense.

Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, Imani worked as a Legal Fellow for the Multicultural Media, Telecom and Internet Council, a public interest tech organization. She also served as a Fellow for the NAACP of Florida.

Tampa

Courtney Smith is an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg, where she assists in handling matters related to First Party Property Insurance Defense.

Before joining Kelley Kronenberg, Courtney represented insurance carriers for more than a decade in first-party property insurance coverage and third-party insurance liability matters in state and federal courts across Florida. She also has extensive experience handling complex business disputes, commercial litigation, and product liability matters.

West Palm Beach

Zachary Sawko is an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg, where he assists in handling matters related to First Party Property Insurance Defense.

Before becoming an Attorney, Zachary worked as a Law Clerk at Kelley Kronenberg, where he gained experience in First Party Property Insurance Defense by drafting case reports, pleadings, motions, and discovery requests and responses.
