Kelley Kronenberg Adds Three Lawyers in Orlando

ORLANDO, Fla. — Kelley Kronenberg, a full-service business law firm, announced that Daniel S. Liebowitz and Sarah E. Wade have joined the firm’s Orlando office as Partners and Margalie Fenelus Reyes has joined as an attorney. Mr. Liebowitz will also serve as Co-Managing Partner of the Orlando office.

Liebowitz focuses his practice on the defense of Property and Casualty claims, including Products Liability, Construction Defect, and complex General Liability matters involving wrongful death and catastrophic injuries. He has litigated a wide range of cases on behalf of corporations in the state and federal courts throughout Florida and in other jurisdictions across the United States. He has also represented Fortune 500 companies in various types of matters including automotive litigation, construction law, trucking litigation, general liability, premises liability, and products liability.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Liebowitz was a Partner in three national law firms and earlier on in his career he served as a Dade County Public Defender.

A great deal of Mr. Liebowitz’s career has been dedicated to defending companies in vehicle and premises liability lawsuits.  He also has extensive experience defending products clients including manufacturers of automobiles, tires, sanitation vehicles, personal watercraft and boat components, ATVs, construction equipment, tankless water heaters, ladders, personal hygiene products, law tractors and other outdoor power equipment.  Additionally, he has represented many types of construction clients in multi-million dollar, multi-residence projects.

Mr. Liebowitz received his Juris Doctor degree and Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Miami. He is admitted to practice law in Florida, the United States Supreme Court, the Florida Supreme Court, and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.

Wade focuses her practice on the defense of Property and Casualty claims, including Personal Injury, Premises Liability, Construction Litigation, Products Liability, General Liability, and employment discrimination matters. She began her legal career with a boutique firm in Lake Mary, Florida where she specialized in family law and immigration.  She has since turned her focus to civil tort litigation, as well as employment matters for private and public entities. Her clients include individuals, companies, corporations and insurance companies in state and federal courts.

In the local legal community, she is actively involved in the Teen Court program in Orange County where she serves as a Jury Advisor and guest Judge.

Ms. Wade received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University and went on to earn her Juris Doctor degree from Barry University, where she graduated with honors. While attending law school, she worked as a Certified Legal Intern representing children in the foster care system.  She is admitted to practice law in Florida, the Florida Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Reyes_Margalie-hoverMargalie Fenelus Reyes focuses her practice on the defense of Property and Casualty claims including Personal Injury, Premises Liability, Construction Litigation, Products Liability, and General Liability matters. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as an Attorney at a personal injury and wrongful death law firm, as well as a full service litigation defense firm.  Her background also includes handling criminal defense matters.

Ms. Reyes received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Florida International University, graduating cum laude, and received her Juris Doctor degree from Barry University, where she graduated in the top 20 percent of her class. While attending law school, she worked as a Federal Judicial Extern to the Honorable John Antoon, II.  She is admitted to practice law in Florida and is fluent in French and Creole.
