ShareKelley Kronenberg Announces Virtual Summer Associate Program for 2020
Kelley Kronenberg is proud to announce a seven-week, virtual Summer Associate Program with the addition of eight summer associates. The firm’s 2020 internship program will begin on June 15th. and will be led by Partner, Louis Reinstein out of the Fort Lauderdale office.
“Kelley Kronenberg is committed to ensuring that the next generation of lawyers has an opportunity to train and excel during these uncertain times. We are very proud to report that the firm is healthy, growing organically, and has adapted to a 100% virtual environment which can support and operate at all levels including continuing our annual Summer Associate Program,” said Michael Fichtel, Kelley Kronenberg’s Principal Partner and Chief Executive Officer.
The program enriches the summer associates knowledge and skills by giving them the ability to experience training within several practice areas, attend virtual mediations, hearings, and depositions. “The firm is committed to enriching the growth of future attorneys by adapting our Summer Associate Program to a completely virtual environment, while many other law firms have abandoned theirs,” said Barbara Repandis, the firm’s Chief Human Resources Officer. The program includes summer activities and events that the firm has put into place such as: virtual Lunch and Learns with executive team members; webinars on hot topics such as Marketing & Communications in Law Firms 101 and The Business of Law; and volunteer opportunities with Meals on Wheels and South Florida Hunger Coalition.
The 2020 Summer Associate Program class includes:

- Jose Carlos Gonzalez from the University of Miami
- Jordan Fink from Stetson University
- Tyler Lipsky from Stetson University
- Brittany Pushkin from the University of Miami
- Ana Rodriguez from St. Thomas University, and
- Carol Gonzalez Ventura from Nova Southeastern University
The summer associates will all be working with a variety of Business Unit Leaders throughout all of our office locations and will gain experience in numerous practice areas.
