The Florida Bar’s Eminent Domain Committee’s scope and function is to study and keep informed of recent developments in the field of condemnation of private property for public use by governmental agencies or private companies who have the power of eminent domain.
The function of the Florida Bar’s Journal/News Editorial Board is to advise and assist the editorial staff to develop articles of current interest and concern to the profession and as reviewing board, selects for publication only the most worthy manuscripts.
Natalie assists in handling matters related to Complex Commercial and General Business Litigation, and Construction Defect Litigation.
