Miami, FL- Kelley Kronenberg, a diverse business law firm, announces the addition of three new attorneys to the firm’s Brickell office. Michelle Sealey will join the firm as a Partner while Jillian Postal, and Joseph A. Varona join the firm as Associates.
Sealey focuses her practice on First Party Property Insurance Defense and General Liability. She has over nine years of experience representing both insurance carriers and property owners in First Party insurance claims. Prior to joining the firm, Sealey worked as a Partner at an insurance defense firm in Miami where she handled First Party Property and General Liability claims. She has acted as Second Chair in numerous trials. Additionally, Sealey has experience handling complex Construction litigation.
Sealey earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Pre-Law, with a minor in Business, from Barry University. She then went on to earn her Juris Doctor degree from Michigan State University College of Law.
Postal assists in handling matters related to First Party Property Insurance Defense, Family Law, and General Liability. Prior to joining the firm, Postal worked as an associate at a general practice law firm. She gained experience in all aspects of Family Law and Commercial and Civil Litigation. She also handled entity formations, sports arbitration matters, and trademark registrations and disputes on behalf of high net worth individuals and professional athletes.
Postal earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Maryland. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law with a concentration in business innovation law and technology. She is admitted to practice law in Florida.
Varona assists in handling matters related to First Party Insurance Coverage and Insurance Litigation. Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, Varona worked as an Associate Attorney where he gained experience defending property insurance carriers through litigation.
Varona earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida International University. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Florida State University. Varona is fluent in Spanish and is admitted to practice law in Florida.
