Kelley Kronenberg Partner Janice Matson Rickert Recognized in Best Lawyers® 2019 as Workers Compensation “Lawyer of the Year” in Tampa

TAMPA, Fla. — Kelley Kronenberg, a diverse business law firm, is proud to announce that Partner Janice Matson Rickert was recently selected by her peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® 2019. She also was named the Best Lawyers® 2019 Workers’ Compensation Law – Employers “Lawyer of the Year” in Tampa. Rickert focuses her practice on Workers’ Compensation defense, representing clients across a variety of industries including insurance, restaurants, hospitality, and nursing and residential care facilities. She is also experienced in the areas of Premises Liability, Employment Practices, and Safety/OSHA compliance.

Rickert is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell and is a Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator. She is admitted to practice law in Florida as well as the United States, Middle District of Florida and the United States Court of Appeals, 11th Circuit. She is a graduate of the University of Florida, having earned both a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a Juris Doctor degree from the university.
