Kelley Kronenberg Announces January 2026 Attorney Promotions
[FORT LAUDERDALE, FL] – Kelley Kronenberg is pleased to announce the promotion of ten attorneys to leadership positions, effective January 1, 2026. The promotions include one Business Unit Leader, three Partners, and six Practice Partners across the firm’s Florida offices.
Business Unit Leaders combine legal expertise with strategic oversight of unit operations and business development. Partners independently manage complex matters while leading client relationships and mentoring attorneys. Practice Partners handle complex cases with increased autonomy while developing leadership and business development skills.
Business Unit Leader
Based in Jacksonville, Connor Milo rises to Business Unit Leader. His practice focuses on general liability and third-party insurance defense.
Eric Shubow has earned promotion to Business Unit Leader. He will continue handling matters related to the defense of personal injury protection, general liability and third-party insurance defense, and construction defect claims.
Partners
Kaitlin Coyle joins the Partner ranks in Fort Lauderdale, where she concentrates on general liability and third-party insurance defense.
Fort Lauderdale’s Nadine Mathieu has earned promotion to Partner. She handles first-party insurance defense matters.
Andrew Zaslow becomes Partner. Based in the Fort Lauderdale office, he defends property insurers throughout Florida in first-party coverage matters and disputes.
Practice Partners
In Fort Lauderdale, Ethan Goldstein advances to Practice Partner. He represents clients in construction defect litigation, tackling disputes over design and construction defects.
Miami-based Jany Holland steps into the Practice Partner role. She defends workers’ compensation claims for employers, insurance carriers, self-insured corporations, third-party administrators, and claims servicing agencies.
Christina Mitchelson has been named Practice Partner in Tampa, focusing her work on first-party property insurance defense.
Fort Lauderdale’s Patricia Repanova earns Practice Partner status. Her practice centers on first-party property insurance defense.
Fort Lauderdale’s Lindsey Stadnik advances to Practice Partner, handling first-party property insurance defense matters.
Jordan Wainstein becomes Practice Partner in Fort Lauderdale. She manages real estate and mortgage foreclosure matters while assisting banks and financial service providers with regulatory, enforcement, transactional, and litigation issues.
