Kelley Kronenberg proudly welcomes David Harvey and Julie Karron as our newest Partners and Business Unit Leaders.
David Harvey has been Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by The Florida Bar since 2001. In his practice, he focuses on representing employers nationwide in labor and employment matters. With over 30 years of experience, David handles civil and EPLI litigation and HR risk management. He also provides strategic counsel and training. David advocates for employers in state and federal courts and before key agencies like the EEOC, DOL, NLRB, and FCHR. He is skilled in resolving complex disputes and has negotiated settlements ranging from small HR issues to $30M cases for a wide range of businesses.
Julie Karron focuses her practice on professional liability defense and civil litigation, bringing nearly twenty years of expertise in complex insurance defense, commercial litigation, and professional liability cases. She handles diverse legal matters, offering skilled defense in tort and catastrophic loss cases, construction accidents, premises liability issues, and professional liability disputes. Julie’s extensive background includes successfully defending wrongful death and catastrophic loss claims, representing general contractors and subcontractors in construction defect litigation, and effectively managing high-stakes business disputes.
